The battle continued! This chapter really impressed me with Toki's moves. He showed a reasonable level of concerning Sakura's safety, but he obviously still remained to be seemed as a delinquent. His sense of judgement had gave into Sakura's influence even though Sakura was trying to protect the enemies' lives. It is good to a kind hearted character sometimes in mangas. In this case, Sakura's attitude was successful; she introduced a lot of humour into an intense story plot line like this one.

In this alliance, we have three completely different characters caring different judgments and attitudes. Toki, Ogami, Sakura often found themselves arguing each others; however, at this stage, it somehow created a balance between them.

The most trilling discovery that we found in this chapter is Toki's power. As we craving for the answer of his supernatural ability, we found out that his a magnetism-controlling Code: Breaker. His ability allowed him to control any metals including the enemies' bullets. Toki easily wiped out enemy force within a period of seconds. This of course, leads to Toki and Ogami's argument about who is the stronger one. Both of the refused to gave in.

Ogami and Toki's conflict ended with Ogami burnt out Toki's cigarette. At this point, it is pretty clear that Toki's power is stronger than Ogami's. I found that it is particular interesting because usually in manga, the plot line is more centralize in the the protagonist, in this case Ogami. I personally think Kamijyo, the author, is trying to have multi-character revolving around the main character and act as a catalyst toward Ogami's growth. At any rate, the tension between Ogami and Toki continued with both side would not back down.

As the group enters the enemy's basement, we found out that Tabata, the rutten politician, was trading human organs as his business. These organs are not only from adults, but also from innocent children. These illegal organs were from innocent people. As these people were targeted and captured, their organs would be taken away from them and these people would disappear. Those organs were again resold in heavy price to poor people who are in need of them. This the point that Ogmi said that Tabata is one of the many people who should die. What would happend between the battle between justice and evil?
